Evey so often I come across a quote that makes me smile. Here is one for today.

Because I write everyday, mostly in my head, frequently on a device, sometimes on paper. I try to set deadlines for myself and write them on the family desk calendar. My husband will call out, “Hey, what does this ‘finish AR’ note mean?”
“Not a thing, sweetie. Just ignore it.”
That’s me trying out optimism, and listening to the whoosh. I’ll have to make another note on that calendar.
